A crew orders a part for their Bobcat skid steer using a parts diagram they found on a third-party site. The part looks right. The number matches. They pay extra for next-day delivery because the machine is already down. The part arrives, doesn't fit, and now they've lost both the weekend and the cost of the part.

But that's exactly the risk not worth taking. You're not paying for speed. You're paying for the certainty that the machine will be back up by the date the job depends on.
